11 more soldiers arrived here over the weekend. 4 more Monday night. When will this country realize what is happening here? There are no news stories (though David Martin tries his best), and obviously the military isn't going to comment. In the meantime, I hear Walter Reed is 50 million dollars over budget...and the blown-up soldiers and Marines just keep arriving.

Some of the Marines at Bethesda (including a few more triple and quadruple amputees) are not dealing well.

But shhhhhh. Don't tell anyone. It's one of those hidden costs of being an American.

And by the way, with five to ten NATO soldiers being blown up each day...the battle for Kandahar is officially on hold. We wouldn't want to lose now would we?
