We can do anything and then...

This is my friend, Josh. I stole his photo and posted it here. He won't mind. It's cool. And so is he. Here he is at the Boston Marathon.

Nice leg.

I walked all weekend. I survived incredible pain in BOTH legs. And then I noticed my left ARM was swelling? WTF? The plate running on the outside from my elbow to my wrist is sticking out, red and hot.

I was afraid I had an infection and went to the hospital this morning. My wing is wrapped now and I'm resting. A therapist said I was "riding my canes too hard"?!

Cool picture--I almost missed the leg to the side!

Are you trying to walk barefoot in your apartment? I understand how that won't work in public, but anything to strenghten the foot! Hope your arm feels better soon...(it's always something....)

Your friend seems pretty tough - just like you!

WTF? Perfectly suitable for your situation. And it's not a bad thing. It's on the calendar after Monday and Tuesday. Corny? Yes, but try to smile.
