I heard nine more soldiers are arriving tonight. More from Marjah, I assume. I went to visit my former roomate on Ward 57. I caught her just in time. She was leaving! She wasn't sure she'd last another day. Her nurse, she said, checked on her at 6p last night and never returned.
The guys in OT gave me a big stick to practice turning my arm from side to side. I call it my magic wand and went outside to the tent to show the guys. But they wanted me to wave my wand and bring back their arms and legs....and I'm not that good yet.
