It's pissing rain and unfortunately the only place to burn one is under a tent where a mother of one soldier sits 24/7 and talks incessantly. She goes through topics in a flash, from waiting for the bathroom to sippy cups. No one can get a word in. We all just nod, numbly. She actually said to me today that "everything happens for a reason and I don't mind it here!"
She is quite possibly the most annoying human being I have ever met. There is no escaping her. I wish her son a very speedy recovery so he will get her the hell out of here.
