Lookout Loop near Hot Springs, Highway 70/25. This lookout is on private property but the gentleman who apparently owns the place is kind enough to allow us all to park our cars and enjoy it. He asks only that you write your name and where you're from on a slip of paper and leave it in a box so he can keep track of all the visitors. Very sweet. All those nasty rich folks buying up mountain, lakeside and seaside property could take a hint...
